Social media is a valuable tool in sharing common interests and information. Whilst the Practice welcomes full and frank feedback, we will not tolerate abusive, libellous or bullying comments made by patients on this media. Patients are reminded that due to confidentiality, we cannot comment on specifics and that any complaints should follow our policy. Patients will be connected and be invited in to the Surgery to discuss their post(s) with a GP Partner and Management.

We may even consider comments made to be an irrevocable breakdown in the Patient/Practice relationship and we reserve the right to remove patients from our list under these circumstances
