We constantly strive to give you the best possible care and attention. Should you wish to make any comments or suggestions about the services provided by the Practice we would be delighted to consider them.

We also have a Patient Participation Group which helps to give staff and patients the opportunity to discuss topics of mutual interest about the Practice. This provides a means for patients to make positive suggestions to the Practice to improve the care provided by the Surgery. If you would like to be considered to join this Group, please ask at Reception for further details.

Complaints about specific problems should be raised as soon as possible after the incident. Please put your complaint in writing to Dr I C Wynne, Complaints Lead, Patterdale Lodge, Legh Street, Newton-Le-Willows, WA12 9NA. Your case will be investigated accordingly.
